Trek to the ISS

Beginning Wed July, 1, 2020 - Canada Day - Air Cadets of 220 Red River RCACS will begin their 420.039 km trek to the International Space Station (ISS). Whether by foot or wheels - the cadets will collectively add their distance travelled to equal that of the distance from earth to the ISS.

After the squadron goal is reached; the cadet who logs the most distance will win a gift card worth $20 and three cadets who log more than 20kms will be entered for a random draw for a total of three gift cards of $15.  [gc of choice!]

All activities pursued to reach our goal will be carried out with safety paramount to the participants (i.e. bike helmets, practicing safe distancing, Government-sanctioned activities only).

Let's see how long it takes our squadron to get to space!
