Level 5 is a very different experience than your previous training years. You'll be more involved in helping run the squadron in some and maybe even all of the following ways:

• Teaching lessons to the Level 1-4's

• Gaining skills in administration of the squadron

• Supporting logistics in supply

• Organizing weekend activities

• Engaging with staff to improve the Squadron training and administration

You will have a more hands-on role with the Squadron, and have the opportunity to attend Workshops to improve your skills and experiences.
